My Dads protest against the fact we had to learn Welsh when we lived in Wales. We were made to learn it despite not being Welsh and being forces kids so we weren't going to be around long. He thought it was a waste of time and the time could be better spent learning something else. So on St Davids day he dressed us in our kilts :o
 
I wish it was treated like St Patricks day

Even the main pub in St David's is pretty empty, on St Patricks, it's rammed and everyone drinks Guiness
