ST220 ad check

Crikey, blast from the past! Still got that lovely Amparo Blue Ghia X RSAP?

£8k is a lot for an ST220 and I'd be expecting a low mileage minter for that.

Aye, its still here. Was my first car and I dont have too many options out there to replace it :) But its getting on for 6 years now since i bought it, so the time is approaching.

£8k did seem fairly high, remember them being around that price last time i looked a few years ago so thought they might have been a little cheaper now.

What would you say that one is worth? Think i need to get an updated Glass's Guide :)

Howard recently researched and bought a nice one for about £6k, but he wanted a facelifted model.

I'd say £6k is probably a better price point to look at.

Bit more than 6k mine was, and it's a bit older. That one isn't too bad a price for a 2006 (facelifted twice) one tbh. Performance Blue too. I'd want it to be mint though, like Fox said.

The ST220 market is a strange one, it seems there's no "set" price, they all seem to be valued on an individual basis :D They've gone up in value over the past year or so too it would seem

So assuming its mint, if i could get it down to £7k plus the tenner id get for part exchanging mine....

Will pop over tomorrow and give it a looksee :)

No mention of xenons. Obviously you're not fussed as you wouldn't be looking at it, but personally for £7k I'd want it to have xenons and satnav.

Why?

£6k is going to get older examples, obviously. Not sure why this makes it a better pricepoint?

Same reason you wouldn't want to spend £15k on an S2000, when £8k-£10k gets you a perfectly good example.

I always thought £6.5k was enough to get you a facelift one with a few motorway miles in good condition.

Didn't you spend nearly three times that on a car with neither of those? ;)
