What is the best software to check the stability of my PC?

I have overclocked my system and want to check the stability.

OCCT or Prime95. Personally I prefer OCCT as it's more of an overclocker's tool - monitors voltage/temps/can stress various different parts of the system.

Whichever you use, run it for at least five hours.
