Hey guys, I'm running 3.2 ghz with a Q6600 and Striker II extreme.
I've got it prime and intel burn test stable with 1.536vcore. Yes it is high, but temps are OK.
It's been stable for 10 hours on prime95 and then about 20 passes linpack intel burn.
But then after I left the pc for 10 m inutes, it bluescreened and restarted on it's own. How can it be stable during load, but unstable idle?
Current BIOS settings (1104):
FSB : 1600
Multi: 8
PCIE:101
SPP<>MCP : 201
Spread Spectrum (ALL) : Disabled
Speedstep, c1e etc all : disabled.
Vcore: 1.45
Loadline Calibration : Enabled
VDIMM: 1.62
NB : 1.48
Rest is on auto
I remember reading somewhere, that on these boards I might have to look into GTL tweaking? Anyone want to help? What should I set my VTT to?
EDIT forget the unstable on idle thing, I found that setting my ram to 2t solved it.
Should I be lloking into GTLs though for 1600 fsb?
