Stablebit Drivepool discussion thread.

yep that was my fall back before, I'd just create shares on each drive like "Moves E, Movies D" etc. So then when I know which drive it is I can query the Kodi database for that location, but with Drivepool they all point to the same place.

Is there a column in the database that indicates that a movies missing then ?

You're best bet is to post on the stablebit forum...support is excellent.
 
I've been using this for a few years now and its great, i've had a couple of drives die on me in that time but both times forcing the pool to remove the dieing disk and copy the files to another disk worked. 35tb of JBOD, redundancy? #yolo.
 
did that as well yesterday :)

For anyone else after this the best suggestion so far is to use the Tree command and output the contents to a text file. I've setup a bat file to run weekly and this seems to give me what I need :)
