Stains!

Anyone got any tips to remove mud/dirty stains from a pair of chinos?

Have tried the usual stuff such as vanish and washing up liquid but they wont budge.

Biological powder works for me. Leave it on the stain overnight, only slightly damp.

You say you've tried vanish, but have you used the spray that is applied directly to the clothes? That is very effective. Another option is to leave them to soak for a couple of days and try the combination again.
