2nded, the texture work is some of the best I've seen, and with some mods, it looks fantastic. The AI could do more, and the story could be better, but other than that, it is, imho, a brilliant game.

Good few hours into it, and when I say the graphics sucked I followed it with IMO.

The textures while detailed where bland the gun models where imo not very good at all and the while some the weather effects where nice it just felt and looks very average.

I am really hoping this patch fixes my problem, I am unable to progress any further as everytime I goto the army warehouse the game crash's, running 1.003v and I've re-installed the game and tried earlier saves, but I still can't get it to work.

Think the developers will forget this game and focus on the sequal which will be the game that this one should have been, by then it will be to late as crysis, bioshock and ut3 etc will be out along with a load of other games that should overshadow stalker in terms of graphics and gameplay.

Shame really as I was really enjoying this game, which is why i am still trying to get the game to work.

i had that problem, had to start the game again, worked fine 2nd time round tho

As I said before, this patch is too late, I guess they can better devote time to the sequel.

I was one of the lucky ones that did not have any major problems, wasn't the warehouse problem fixed in the v1.0003 patch though?
