Stand-out moment

This isn't the whole thing, which had a build up and cutscene that adds a bit more context, but this is the gameplay segment of the 'right hand man' in resident evil 4.
Just watching it now sends shivers down my spine - truly one of my most memorable moments. I have no idea how people didn't find this game frightening the first time they played through it. Oustanding game. How this whole scene is done is just.... well, watch the vid
Edit -Nawh - he's cheating as he knows what to do! Still, you can cut the tension with a knife at the start of the vid - maybe watch only the first two and a half minutes so not to spoil it for yourself

I just thought of another scene, First time I played Devil May Cry on my brand new PS2.
The bit where Dante is impaled on his sword early on, and he just stands up ripping it through his chest, then we get some cool music while he's spinning his sword and we know ****'s about to go down.
That was an epic scene to watch on Christmas morning

GTA3 - What an awesome game. From start to end = EPIC.
MGS2 - Being able to stand below someone taking a **** and have them pee on your head. Absolutely insane....
MGS2 - Tanker - Epic Epic Epic.
MGS2 - Cutscene with Fortune on the bridge. O.M.G. Everything about that cutscene makes me stand on edge, sends shivers down my spine.
MGS2 - The ending, Raiden with a sword. Epic
MGS2 - All the funny hilarious things that I didn't expect, completely random things. The way Raiden falls down or up stairs when he does his cart wheel. When pigeons **** on the floor and you slip over it. Looking at dirty mags when going in a locker. Being able to put dead enemies in lockers...Shooting glass get's the guards attention. So much attention to detail in this game.
Zelda Wind Waker on GC - The ending, when link plunges the Master Sword into Ganondorf's head. Jesus Christ All Mighty.
Mario Kart - Rainbow Road for the win.
Donkeykong 64 - The miner cart bit. So many attempts lol.

My stand out moment is...
Playing Super Bomberman (speed level and max bombs) on a portible 2.5inch screen with 4 players (was at boarding school where ownership of TVs were banned!)
Mega fun
Second stand out moment.....
SNES zelda link to the past. Getting to a room with a cyclops in it and pulling my hairs out trying to go any further.
Third Stand out moment...
Watching my friends playing zelda and pulling their hair out at the same point!
