Too many, Daniel Craig's Casino Royale intro is superb.
Timothy Dalton, The Living Daylights (3:57):
Roger Moore - For Your Eyes Only was the best Moore film by a mile - its brilliant.
Connery - From Russia With Love - that fight scene on the train.
George Lazenby OHMSS - Start sequence, the music is one of the best Bond themes ever. The quip about the 'other guy' and then breaks to the best ever Bond music... Shame Lazenby went off on a tangent, would have made a great Bond - like Connery, made great fight sequences.

Moonraker - the 2 guys who die from radiation in that science lab, but when James Bond goes to it, it's not a science lab any more.
The World Is Not Enough - that Philishave look-alike weapon that sinks a big ship at the beginning of the film. Scary stuff.
Live And Let Die - Bond driving a double-decker under a bridge and tears the top deck off
You Only Live Twice - the volcano base being invaded by ninjas and the lid being blown off by a bomb.
The Man With The Golden Gun - the fat angry American copper. He was ace! Think he was in Live And Let Die too.
Goldeneye - the Bond girl who kills people when she has sex with them. I never figured out how she kills them.
Skyfall - the train getting derailed and crashing through multiple floors.

It certainly stands out. As one of the worst Bond moments of all time. I've seen better CGI in kid's cartoons.

Although Little Nellie stands out to me. I've spent time with the designer, builder and pilot of Little Nellie. Wing Commander Ken Wallis. Died a few years ago, shame. He was an utter legend. 95 years old and still flying self designed and built autogyros.
In his hallway he had all his world record certificates, trophies, general photos and memorabilia. And several large 'leather' cases. I spotted that one of the cases had a luggage label addressed to Major Boothroyd, Universal Exports. Opened it up and it held the parts seen on screen used to build Little Nellie. After production was done with it, he asked for the real autogyro parts back and they gave him the whole lot.

the death of Mrs Bond .. doesn't this characterise bond's lot - misunderstood
... following the book I guess, but can't be many movies that finish like this (well maybe Leon, gattaca) would they have the courage to do that with modern bond.

It was Sheriff J.W. Pepper in the Bond movies, played by Clifton James. No doubt he was based on Buford T. Justice though.

Not possible as Live and Let Die and The Man with the Golden Gun (featuring JW Pepper) were both made and released before smokey and the bandit.
