Awesome looks like they almost hit 250k so doc should be green lit and why not? ds9 was one of the best tv series going.

I wish they kept it open longer and spread the word much more would like them to hit bigger numbers to get an longer doc.

Oh hell yes, I am totally backing this!

I LOVED Deep Space Nine. I've actually been watching in on Netflix recently. The whole Dominion War saga was great.

Yeah, I generally go through it all at least once a year.
As much as I love TNG, I find this a lot more rewatchable.

My crush on Terry Farrell has nothing to do with it, honest :o

Was a good show but by **** Avery Brooks (Sisko) was irritating as ****. People used to talk about how Shatner delivered his lines, Brooks was on another whole level of irritation. When he went on one of his little tirades it was comical, sounded as if he was trying to squeeze more words into one breath than he should have and he sounded winded by the time he got to the final few words. Other times he sounded like he was talking in little overly dramatic bursts that got louder and then dwindled away for no apparent reason.

You'd be surprised to learn how little CGI the show actually had, 90% of the time it was good old fashioned models.

Most of the ships in that shot are models but only used computers to compose the shot
