When jadzia died in series 6 and replaced byu "that little boy" lol as said in previous posts the show went down hill a long way!

I remember Sisko's speeches getting a bit OTT As well, so much emphasis and lunging around the screen lol... God he was actually like that from series 1.

Garak and Gul dukat were almost as good as Londo and Gkar in B5.

Sisko acting! up and down like trampoline.

You know I never in a million light years would have remembered Siskos acting being like a trampoline on drugs but you guys are right it sure is !

Ds9 was still one of my fav tv series, is that confirmed that Avery brooks does not want to be part of the documentary ?

Don't think it was, but maybe you are thinking of uhuru and kirk being the first real on screen interracial kiss, that is the one that caused the controversy.

Two birds kissing on telly is just a standard.

I could well be thinking of the Uhuru, Krik kiss.. not sure.

That's an urban myth - Google You in Your Small Corner which had an interracial kiss in 1962.

Hahaha yes, Siskos rants were pure comedy, i actually LOL'd watching the last episode in the fire caves
Garak was pretty funny at times too but not due to bad acting

Watch the episode "Take me out to the holo-suite" with Brooks doing his little super American American accent. Irritating.

I recently watched them all and remember the episode. There were a few cringe worthy moments, although I did chuckle at Worfs "death to the opposition"

Even in that vid you can see it, he seemed to shout act and his volume is erratic like its forced and not natural.
Don't get me wrong he made a great captain and acted it well but he was no picard or janeway.

Bakula or Mr Archer had similar erratic acting also come to think about it, you only need to watch janeway or picard to see how its really done right.
