I watched the trailer in "3D" the other night whilst going to see the new Underworld. What a joke. If anyone goes to see this and actually pays money, they are a mug. It's not 3D at all. It was like watching the normal version. They are just cashing in on it.

I said to my partner did you think that looked good as she love the Star Wars films. She replied "was that ment to be 3D because if it was it looked like the normal version, flat". Nothing coming out of the screen at you and no depth of field. The 3D will be as ***** as Clash of The Titans was....

They have not released the trailer in 3D at all, even the offical websites and links only have the trailer in 2D promoting the 3d film.
so no wonder you thought it look 2D because it was!

Well the "please put your 3D glasses on now" was said a few trailers before so you kinda expect the following to be in 3D. The other trailers were... But lets say your right for a second. When the film does come out do you honestly think it's proper 3D ?? Sorry but converted to 3D is a waste of my time and money... It looks crap... Milk the cash cow some more

Personally I'm finding it quite hard not to hate star wars these days. It must be one of the most overly milked franchises of all time.

Pretty much how I feel, too. Harry Potter is similar, although I suspect it'll be much worse whenever JKR loses creative control.

In fairness to Harry Potter there are only 7 books and I doubt any other original material is going to be made.

I do suspect they are all going to be rereleased in 3D.

Highlights will be Podrace and the saber fight with Darth Maul. That's all that is worth going to see it in 3D for.

They were the only reasons to see it in 2D as well!! I remember walking into that theater wanting to see it so badly....i walked out feeling like i'd been raped...by Jar Jar!
