The books always describe Luke as the most powerful force user, with a couple close. He's certainly regularly described as the best with a lightsabre. Obviously in ROTJ he was pretty much untrained. I guess it's just a game but they went a little OTT with the force use and gave up with the lightsabre combat.

If you ever get chance to start working through the books you wont regret it, almost every story is better than anything lucas has had a hand in.

Some of the later stuff is brilliant once Luke has a whole bunch of jedi masters trained.

Which is why I prefer Jedi Academy\Outcast, the storylines are far better (being post-ROTJ probably helps).

They've never been known for bad graphics either though. I can't think of a single one I played at the time of it's release that looked dated.

Finished it last night, I like the story and overall it was a decent game but annoying at the same time. I'm playing through on the hardest difficulty and just realised that when you save it, it only saves the last checkpoint not actually where you are. Another annoying point.

True. I can't help but feel Force Unleashed was a missed opportunity, at least going from what I know\have experienced of it at the moment.
 
well have just got the last two achievements on this and now have the full 1000 points for it. Overall I have enjoyed the game but I have to say the end bosses on the hardest level are just two over powered for the level of character you have unless you are prepared to grind through the game levels a few times to get some of the more advanced features but I still feel overall this has been an enjoyable game. I certainly think has the best replay value on the easy levels as it just gets too frustrating on some of the harder levels. Plus I have experienced a number of glitches within the game which I hope Lucas arts fix. Overall this has been a good solid game but I still feel it is missing something which I can't put my finger on. I think what we need now is a new tie fighter v x-wing game or a remake of one of the earlier games.
 
I had the game since yesterday afternoon, i think im near the end already, and im finding it good fun thus far.
Theres a lot of unbalanced bits and frustrating parts, but overall, im enjoying it.
 
I haven't gone back to it since giving up on the boss fight with the Twi'lek Jedi...

I'll have to take another stab at it tomorrow.
 
Just completed it.
Is there a quick way to get to the final battle again, or do i have to go through the last level all over again?
