Someone tell me how the star destroyer got through any form of playtesting.
No skill is involved just a lot of luck with the worst targetting known to man.
Yeah boss fights are infuriating as you have to guess what the designer intended for you to take them down. The boss fights are particularly cheap.
Taking out the tiefighters on the star destroyer level turned out to be quite simple, you just push in the direction of the tiefighters with the left stick, wait for the blue reticule to appear and then lightning bolt them. I was getting quite good at it after a few goes(assuming this is the same level were talking about)
As for the story being tied into the existing star wars stories well they kinda ****ed that up. Obviously thats hard to discuss without it being a spoiler.
****.co.uk said:Dear Customer,
Thank you for preordering your copy of the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed from ****.co.uk
As promised in our previous communication we have been in contact with the publisher of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed in regards to resolving the game save issues that some users were experiencing once they had redeemed their preorder codes.
Unfortunately the publisher has now advised us that it will not be possible to resolve the issues with the 2 codes that we have already sent. However fear not! – They have instead provided you with an exclusive comprehensive costume mastercode!
Contained within The Force Unleashed there are 32 separate costumes, across over a dozen separate characters, each with their individual codes, which LucasArts have secretly built in.
This exclusive mastercode will allow you to unlock all 32 costumes so you can customise your experience as often as you like. Choose whether to unleash the force as any character from the Emperor to Senator Bail Organa!
Complete 32 Costume Unlock Master Code: SOHNDANN
Thank you for you patience regarding your preorder.
Kind Regards,
The Customer Service Team

Without discussing spoilers, I don't see how they could have ****ed it up any more than what they already had done with the with Episode I to Clone Wars (if the reviews are to be believed).
If anything this has to be an improvement on that tripe.
The trouble I had with the star destroyer was when you had to pull it down. The guide for the sticks is wrong. It was saying pull the nose down. I did that and the sticks would never go green to pull down.
I did some searching and found that it's a problem with the destroyer at a certain position. So you do the opposite of what it's telling you then you can pull it down again.

Lucas has said that it's only the light side ending that is canon, the dark side ending obviously couldn't beThe rest of the game - the buildup to the endings - is canonised.
Yeah I agree with you there, it doesn't really sit well that Starkiller is such a badass and Luke is all introspective and clearly a slow learner of the Force comparitively. I can't imagine Luke besting SK in a fight, yet he beats Vader - as does SK, which makes you wonder whether Vader is basically pretty crap when you get down to it?![]()
Is there a general opinion on whether this is worth getting for the Wii? It's on TWO too!
