Anyone else grabbed this now it's out on XB1/PS4?

Word of warning, its very addictive. Hours disappearing to this Harvest Moon/Animal Crossing hybrid!!

Can i ask how well it works with controller? Played on pc and at the time controller implementation was a bit meh! I imagine now its on console this has been improved and maybe patched in to pc?

Have not played it on PC but apparently the controls are similar on game pad.

Only thing that seems awkward is moving the menu cursor with the controller, but nothing deal breaking for me

I've played the PC version with a PS4 controller. No problems here. I'd also recommend this game at full price, it's absolutely worth it. It's the kind of game you can wind down and chill with. And if you want to go balls to the wall, you can with spreadsheets, numbers and min-maxing.

Bought it the minute it was released on Wednesday.

It's the ultimate chill out game, my PS4 in the bedroom flicks between this and Farm Simulator. The perfect wind down in bed game.

Saving the game takes longer than necessary and I've had one crash to the dashboard. I'm sure this'll get ironed out though.

It's deffo addictive, got that "I'll have a quick half hour.. oh bugger where did the last four hours go" vibe lol. Just completed my first spring, made £11k got £6k of that on hand for buying summer crops and got up to copper axe.

Nearly completed my first spring, but I'm not making hardly any money.

Not sure what to grow.

I've started to clear my land more and I've planted rows of trees, mainly oak and maple.

I want to maybe create a vineyard eventually.

Got to about level 35 I think in the mines.

Cauliflower and Potatoes in Spring, good profit per day.

Is it worth the hype? It looks slightly "FarmVille"

Edit* Realised your talking about another game, I've not played Farmville myself so not sure how it compares.

Farming (tons of crops to choose)

Mining (loot and minerals the deeper you go and fighting the monsters!)

Fishing

And also the crafting side of things to make your farm the way you want it.

Well worth £11.99, can see myself putting many hours into this.

Really enjoying the laid-back nature of this game..

Already put about 10-12 hours in, restarted now I've learnt a little about it and the wife is getting involved as well.

Tonnes of turning parts, and a general 'figure it out' vibe that I like.
