From what I gather, most motherboards should have enough logic on them to run a port 80 debug card without the aid of a CPU, but only as far as about the first 2 or 3 tests... which would be power on, and cpu detected etc
. Getting as far into the post tests as the first beeps, or powering up the GPU isnt "normal" on the vast majority of motherboards.
I wonder why OcUK dont sell debug cards, you can even get USB ones these days.
