IRAQI SCUDS HIT KUWAIT

Iraq has retaliated after US missiles rained down on Baghdad - by firing scud missiles on targets in Kuwait.


According to US officials four missiles were fired at Allied forces in northern Kuwait this morning.

One was intercepted by a patriot missile and two hit Kuwaiti territory.

Officials said the missiles caused no damage and were not carrying chemical or biological warheads.

Camp New Jersey - near the border with Iraq - was the target of the missiles. The troops were put on full gas alert.

Earlier, a Kuwaiti defence official said he had heard two explosions caused by a missile landing in the Mutlaa Ridge area just north of the town of Jahra.

Chemical gas alerts have twice been sounded in the border area of northern Kuwait where Coalition forces are massed as well as in Kuwait City - they have been given the all-clear.

Yeah, they have destoyed them all mate. We know this is true, because, ummm, they said so lol.

Wonder these four came from!

iirc, he is not allowed missiles that breach his borders. ie, he is allowed them for defensive use inside Iraq's border.

Scuds have a much larger range than inside his borders, and are therefore banned. He also said he destruyed them all.

Whatever the case, Saddam has denied that he still had any, but obviously does.

Lol just heard this. However it is confirmed.

And i dont really beleive Mr Saddman, so will beleive the Kuwaiti,s and the news reports.
