Starting a new channel on youtube

Thanks flibbage, must be the editing software "sony vegas pro 11" I put it to 75 percent I thought it was too loud on 100 percent but criticism taken on-board thanks!

Sorry to break your dream of becoming a YouTube superstar, but everyone and their mother are doing gaming commentary's these days, you'll need to come up with something more original to get views.

Your videos are low quality as well, or perhaps that's just the game.

The poster above is right, you need some sort of niche.

Search "ksiolajidebt" and watch a few of his videos he does videos related to FIFA 12 and sometimes takes the mickey out of players in the game, they are funny (well to me anyway) and he is getting lots of subscribers now.

Maybe record loads of games and only commentate / post the interesting ones.

I don't want to be negative but your voice is quite monotone and the the gameplay wasn't particuarly interesting. I'm sure you will improve so stick at it, and good length, I watched the whole thing through :)

Nice, but you need to upload some original content... something that people will actually take 2 minutes of their life to watch. There are plenty of kids uploading short little clips of random gameplay, which nobody wants to watch.

Just a tip.

Any Idea's on how I can increase the quality with sony vegas pro 11? don't have a config.

I do not use Sony Vegas, but if it supports x264 output then use that. I use Adobe Premiere, which doesn't support it, so I output using a uncompressed codec, then covert to x264 video and nero audio using MeGUI+avisynth.
