Starting problem :-(

I went to switch on the PC and all the fans did one revolution and wouldn't start. If I repeatedly press the power button fast I can get the fans spinning but it still won't start

I seem to be getting power to the mobo as the fans wouldn't start otherwise ? The PSU lights up but doesn't start as does the mobo

Mobo is a DFI Lanparty , PSU is a OCZ Gamestream 600W , Case is a Lian Li PC7 Trying to pin down what the problem is

Dodgy case switch ?

Goosed mobo ?

Knackered PSU ?

Has anyone else had this happen or have any ideas ?

Is the system overclocked at all?
If so, has it been stability tested?
Try loading default settings in the BIOS and see if the system will POST.
