Im having difficulty getting tightvnc to work on boot on windows server 2003, it works fine when i login, but because this server will have no keyboard/mouse attached to it everything is done remotely.

I have followed all guides, enabled "tight vnc server" as a windows service, made sure its included in the startup list, checked all settings. Is there a script I can run to get it to start up from a fresh boot to the windows login screen?

If its installed as a service, all you need to do is set it to run automatically at startup using the services console

I've used UltraVNC and I'm pretty sure on the basic "next -> next -> next -> enter password -> ok" install it installs the service and starts up just fine. Are you able to try that instead of tightvnc?

Open the services console from another machine after a reboot and see if the service is running before logging in.
