Startup problem.

Its been a week since I finished building my PC, and it has had this error since I started playing games, but it has gone worse and went to my startup, it has now stopped my PC from starting up and it would stop after the welcome screen. I think its my CPU because when I played minecraft it would flicker then it would say that the CPU has stopped working so I thought this is the problem, also I have already updated my CPU drivers but I can update it again if you want. My PC specs are

AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
PowerColor Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card
Zalman Z9 ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair CX 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply

Yes, I get that. Turn off the machine, open the case and take a stick of ram out, leaving one in, then try it. If that doesn't make a difference try the other stick.
 
It went passed the welcome screen but the lines kept repeatedly appearing and I can't use the system. I tryed placing the ram in every slot and it can't get the lines off. I done a fresh reset on my pc, and I found out that it was the ccc that caused it to happen and I do not know what to do.
