Quickly became hooked and watched the series in a week, very good thriller & series with some good actors.

Won't give away any spoilers, but Martin Freeman is outstanding and his acting and in part character reminds me of Fargo.

Highly recommended.

Completed this just yesterday and loved it! Very good although I was more taken in by the other characters than by Martin Freeman's in all honesty. The change in his character as the season progresses is very dramatic though and he does portray that really well!

Hoping there'll be a second season as the end of this one was really good!

They all play their parts very well, I just mentioned him as he reminded me of the character he played in Fargo. If he's not careful he could end up find himself being typecast.

Certainly hope there is a second season, left wide open for one.

An excellent gritty tv series with a solid cast, I rated it quite highly the writing and acting was top notch all round, and the next season should be fireworks.

Quite surprised its flown under the radar but its a hidden gem for sure.

Google checked if season 2 is on the go but nothing official but all signs point to positive reviews so with some luck we will see it.

Easily one of the top 10 shows made this year, it's scary how little is known of it (it's been at least two months since release, right?). I would have expected indie blogosphere to explode with standing ovation around gem like this one.

Brilliant TV series, hooked by the end of the second episode and just finished the season a week later - wow what a finale! Top quality acting and bringing together different characters and storylines really well. I don't feel like there was a single weak (main) character.

Watched it on Prime and while it dragged at times I liked it overall. Martin Freeman was criminally underused though, his character seemed like it would be awesome at first.

I accidentally stumbled across this when super bored digging deep into the Amazon menu, not heard anything about it and now 7 episodes in, love it!

Wasn't sure during the first episode, thought it might be a bit cheesey, but then got used to the directing style and realised it was going to be a lot grittier than anticipated.

Really rooting for them!

I still find it hard to see Adam Brody as anyone apart from the goofy fella on the OC, but he's good in this. The Hatian, Edi Gathegi is great in it.

Amazon really should rotate a banner ad for this show into the home page otherwise I'd normally never have found it.

That scene when Roland's (Edi's) son gets in a pickle comes home. I did not expect that outcome! So good! Go Roland! And Martin Freeman...my goodness, so different from the UK shows I've seen him in. Legit drama actor. Could definitely have been better utilised in the show, but he played his character well. Love it.

Have you not watch Fargo Season 1?

If not, I suggest you do, as Martin Freeman is in that and again plays his role very well, almost in a similar vain as in this.

Even without Freeman it's a great show (Fargo) and highly recommended.

Oh yes, he was spot on in Fargo, forgot about that. Really enjoyed boths seasons.

Was a little sad Martin wasn't in series 2, having Meth Damon instead wasn't a bad substitute though :p
