Hi all am getting a little problem when I start my computer, and wondered if anyone had any idea's. once I get to the dislay screen there is a small circle appearing on my network icon bottom right,also a small circle in center of screen, stopping me clicking anything.sometimes it goes to a black screen for a couple of min, then back to display screen. and sometimes I get a window with this message " there was a problem starting C\windows\system nvspcap64.dll a dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed" if I turn the computer off using ctrl\alt\delete and turn it on again it will start normally. any idea's. thanks for your time
