I ordered some furniture in January, one piece arrived damaged, I am still waiting for the other to be delivered.
I have contacted the company many times at expense to me, and have had enough and asked for the damaged item to be collected, and a full refund issued.
They have never turned up to collect it.
Am I within my rights to charge them for storage of the item, and also to claim back costs incurred with phoning them? (Also my time if possible, as this has taken many hours of being passed around on hold and speaking with people who never actually get anything organised at their end).
Also are trading standards the body I would need to contact if this isn't resolved in a reasonable time frime now?
I haven't posted the company name, but I would like to add it as a warning if this would be allowed?
