I was in KX few months back on a course.
Stayed in a Premier INN for one night 2 mins walk away.
150 quid.
Seems like a bit of a ripoff for a Premier Inn :/

Everything wrong with sleeping in KX though. It's the worst part of the worst part of the country.

in what way? hoodies? tramps with knives? aroma of urine bad decor?
sleeping in a airport like i did was horrible, it was consistently busy and loud and i had luggage that needed to be guarded, cant guard if asleep.
never been to k.x i don't think

Should have walked another 2 mins and paid on average £75-85.
They will chuck you out. Honestly, if you cant afford a hotel.. go and find an all night bar and nurse a glass of whiskey
The worst part of what part of the country? If you mean London, then no, it's far from the worst part. Try sleeping in Bermondsey or somewhere.
Then you should have stayed somewhere decentI wasn't paying
Its £50 most places ive stayed in one .
Kings X isn't that bad really, used to be. Perhaps i'm used to it but I still wouldn't really sleep on any street over night. I live up the road, you would be able to stay at mine....if you were a fit bird

So I come back from Canada on the 28th, but I have my train ticket booked for 6:15am on the 29th as I arrive after the last train goes back to Hull. I figure I can't stay at Heathrow for too long as the security probably don't want non-flyers sleeping in their airport, and so it's either that or find a hostel/hotel - both of which I'd rather not spend money on, if possible.
So anyone stayed overnight at King's Cross? Is it even possible? Will I get turfed out (I do have a ticket for the morning though)?
What time do you arrive at the airport?
