I thought no dedi servers would be just fine, I was wrong
I couldn;t connect to IWnet at first restarted steam, played a few games with a mate, then we had issues we couldn't join a game 6 times in a row kept kicking us out saying some host crap, so we gave up, I agree with that update it did seem to mess stuff up
I still don't understand Infinity ward logic, waste time and money to create IWnet when they could have done it on the cheap with dedi servers, not need to maintain them, smooth experience for all, someone needs a slappin

It took me less time to check the official thread than it would have done to post a new one, all you needed to do was click the link that takes you to the most recent page... You don't need to be a logical vulcan (whatever that is) to handle it. And no, not all the conversations need to take place in there, but if there's already a conversation about this in there, where's the logic in starting another one? 
And no, you don't face a ban, but like I said, it's just a waste of space, time and bandwidth.
