Steam down?

Managed to start up loading for CS:S, then see loading screens as if firing up HL2.

Then I get 'Connect on replay, dll failed.'

Steam servers are busy here too! This is at least the third major steam problem I've had in the last few weeks, never used to have any, what is going wrong with them?

It's a big TF2 update that's causing it. Steam's getting hammered.
