I saw this thread and thought 'huh, it isn't Tuesday'. Then I looked at when it was started and it made sense. Steam always does it maintenance on a Tuesday and that sometimes has short periods of down time.

Couldn't play Rocket League online through Steam approaching 1800, despite Steam running for ~4 hours, said I wasn't logged into Steam in-game.
