Steam error: Game unavailable?

[Samione]

Just tried to launch CS but apparently it's not currently available, what does that even mean, and how do I fix it?

Apparently it's something to do with the authentication server? Apparently restarting steam works.

Had to delete some file apparently, restard didn't work. Works now anyway (y)
