Steam error while playing CS:S?

I'm getting this message when I'm trying to get into CS:S servers, this is the first time I see this message, I do own the game I have bought a copy of HL2 about a year ago and been playing cs:s normally since then.

any ideas?

if u can't read the message on the picture it says:

"This steam account does not own this game. Please connect to the correct steam account"

I get the same message sometimes. Still haven't found a solution yet.

delete the client registry blob, that fixes everything!

Indeed, just saw on css forums.

run a search for: ClientRegistry.blob, delete it, restart steam and you're sorted.

I did that an I get the same error message. It used to only occasionally happen though, after deleting the clientregistry.blob it happens all the time and I can't connect to a server.
