Steam , fallen Earth and other questions.

Lo all,

Im thinking of getting Fallen Earth, looks good and the cheapest ive found is on steam, ive never bought anything on steam. How straight forward is it?

Also with it being an mmo, how is steam with keeping them updated etc.

Fallen earth currently only has US servers, how much of an issue is that nowadays? IE for lag etc?

Anyway, hope to here something soon, so if i get teh green light from you wonderful people i can get the game

Well ive just bought it on Steam, do i get some kind of account code thing to set up a fallen earth account? Ive never bought anything on steam before.
