I'm surprised the specs haven't leaked yet, makes me wonder if its the component parts that are being produced rather than the assembly of the headset... in which case it would definitely be a 2026 launch

Yeah, it's too quiet with literally zero leaks outside the steamvr betas. You'd have expected a few photos from the production line by now.
 
so I take it they have given up on knuckles type controllers now and have just accepted the Oculus touch style is the industry standard? I suppose with better hand tracking knuckles are not needed now, as well as ditching the touch pad.

Nice to see they're using the same cloth padding they used on the Index. When it's fresh and new, it's mega comfortable.
 
If it's a reasonable price and specs I'll pre-order right away. There are rumours it might work with Lighthouses for better tracking. We'll see.
 
Interested! Been toying with the idea of getting a quest 3 so will see where the dust settles once this is out and reviewed. No meta is a huge plus
