Steam issues

I'm trying to buy a game and it's having none of it. No idea why, I sign into Paypal and then nothing happens. Also tried via card direct.

Then when I look at my Library, there is a game there (Black Ops) which haven't even bought? Why is it there? lol :confused:

Have you tried logging out of steam and signing in again?
