Hi. My bathroom has over 9000 1" x 2" tiles around the bath / shower and so has a lot of grout to clean.

It isn't particularly grubby at the moment but it's becoming a chore to keep it clean. The floor is also tiled.

The kitchen has (horrid) marble tile things, and we have a double width stainless steel cooker and extraction.

Does this sound like the kind of thing that a steam mop would be good / useful for? If so, which one? I'e heard good things about Shark (and have a Shark vacuum cleaner)

perhaps give the tiles and grout a good clean then i think you can get an aerosol spray that protects and seals the tiles and grout keeping it cleaner for longer

something along the lines of this? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DuPont-Wa...081940&hash=item465ef712fd:g:DUgAAOSwTuJYuUKB

not this particular brand but the tiler that done our bathroom last year recommended the stuff to help keep it clean as we have white grout on our floor and walls

For the bathroom, buy a hand spray bottle add some bleach and a small amount of water spray it all over the tiles before bedtime , go to sleep once awake walk into the bathroom and be surprised ;)

I was given a steamer many years ago it was used once then binned lol
