Steam Problems!

My Steam interface has decided to stop working, I cant get it to show during games anymore for no apparent reason. All the settings for it are default etc not changed a thing, I've tried altering the command to summon it but still nout.. any ideas or should I re-install it and hope that works?

I think its because the steam community has been dying on and off all day. See if its better tomorrow.

It's been like it for a good while now, week or two.

Gna re-install.
