Steam refund policy

The two hour limit isn't set in stone, I got a refund on Conan Exiles after 7 hours play on the release day. I did go into some detail about how bad it was which probably swayed it.

I got a refund on GTAV about 6 months after release and 4-5hrs played.

I cited legitimate technical issues.

I re-purchased it about a year later when I got a new machine.

Oops, forgot to say the game was Superhot! I know you can play the hi score wave challenge mode and higher difficulty levels but I still felt robbed by the lack of content.

Never had a problem refunding on Steam so I tend to use this 'feature' as a means to demo the game.
