Well, apparently this is now a thing :)

It's long overdue in my opinion, but I'm glad they've put forward a sensible policy, and one that can be clearly understood.

I'll probably be more likely to take a punt on something and see if I like it, knowing I can get a refund if I'm genuinely disappointed.

Sooo out of curiosity as long as I've not spent more than an hour playing a game.. irrespective of when I bought the game they can refund me?

What about gifted games?

No its within 14 days.. If it's since the beginning of time I'd be able to get a refund on like 75% of my library :D

Excellent, I need to try. As there's an alpha I brought which shouldn't be on there, hasn't been updated in months and others have already got refunds quoting EU regs.

Also not sure if I should keep distant worlds as it won't run for some reason, but am running w10 so could be an issue with that or drivers. But really want to play it, so hopefully once w10 is released it gets patched or I fine what's causing the issue.

DayZ by any chance :p

I had a refund through this morning for Kerbal Space program. (game text waaayyy to small for me to see, even though I sit 3 inches from my monitor)

As it was on a 14 day deferred payment from Paypal, I got a message from steam to say it had been refunded, then another from paypal to say the payment was cancelled.
Awesome
