Steam Runs - But Won't Download

Yeah I checked that. Connection and signal was fine.
Not really sure why it won't work but at least it's sorted!!

Thanks for all the tips everyone. I really must spend more time understanding the workings of computers! It's just finding the time...when I do have spare time I just want to chill.

But, have learnt plenty from this! lol
