Steam skins. Anyone use them?

Thread from the dead..

Apparition (in the OP), has had a new "2.0" version out for a while now. Very tidy imo, makes the default skin look like a monstrosity imo. :)

I did grow to like that skin you had in the OP but obviously 1 of the steam updates removed it and I never bothered checking it out after that.

i tend to use steam to launch the game rather than analyse the way it looks and then scout around to find a theme for it

Good for you. I use Steam for more than just launching games, as it's got a much wider set of features than just that. Is it really so hard for people to read a thread and think "well, it's not for me".

Cheers for that, Steam almost matches my Firefox and Windows 7 themes now :)
Thanks, I've just put this skin on and it looks very nice. :D

Np. :)

I prefer the original one, I did try out a few themes a while back but the bugs/glitches put me off them as they didn't feel as professional as the default one.

The only thing I don't like about it is the drop down box that is in the Library tab, which has Games/Tools/Downloads on it. Would much prefer the drop box wasn't there.
