The daily sales had the best discounts. That's the first time I have never bought one single thing from a steam sale.
I hate to say this but it feels less interesting without the daily sales, I don't particularly miss them at all but the sales don't feel to have the buzz about them.
yet they still cannot cope with the traffic. The daily sales had the best discounts.
Without them, it's all just -25% this or -15% that. You won't make too many impulse purchases because the discounts are so meager.
In the daily sales I used to make tons of impulse purchases of games that were 90% of and a couple quid for a few hours only. Half of them I never played.
But clearly they decided selling punters loads of games at a couple quid was less desirable than selling a few at £20 each.
That wasn't a steam sale, steam bumped up the price in different regions last week for whatever reasons (Google) and you can't use £27.99 as the price in any case as that includes a £5 off coupon.......Here you go laughing boy £35.19 from Green Man Gaming vs £27.99 you could have got it in the Steam sale
The £5 coupon was part of the sale and I can use it as part of the price thanks Yeah I know Steam made a mistake with the price which is why it was a bargain and why I posted it on this thread, only to get told it would be cheaper from GMG, which it isn't by a long shot. That wasn't a steam sale, steam bumped up the price in different regions last week for whatever reasons (Google) and you can't use £27.99 as the price in any case as that includes a £5 off coupon.......
Steam sales are rubbish and have been for a long time.
