Steam Summer Sale

Anyone think Dont Starve is likely to go lower than 40% off? Considering thats its flash sale price, it probably wont. And I DO want to play the game. Been holding off on buying it just to see what sale price it would get.

You could wait it out for a lower price, but I'm pretty confident in saying you want regret it at this price, it's a great game.
 
Voted Tomb Raider at 75% off.

75% is the equivalent to free in my eyes (during a Steam sale). Anything more than 75% becomes a must-buy :D

I played it and it's brilliant, but I got quickly bored... It would have to be 75% or more for me to consider buying it.

I didn't mind GFWL that much back when I was subbed to Gold on my Xbox (it also made cross-platform communication much easier), but now that it's been gathering dust for about a year, and I'm no longer paying for Gold because of Playstation Plus it's just more of a hassle than anything else. It may be too late at this point but it would be nice to have Fallout 3 on Steamworks yeah, hopefully Bethesda's going to continue with SW for future titles :D

Well GFWL is unnecessary for a single player game, it was just DRM at the time because Bethesda and Valve weren't partners back then, they should definitely merge every game into Steamworks, would be a lot nicer. I don't mind GFWL either, but imagine if every GFWL title on Steam scrapped it and moved to Steamworks, even games as old as GTA IV, it would be nice because Steamworks adds a lot to a game, especially the workshop which GTA IV would massively benefit from as manually modding it is a pain. Bethesda are most definitely continuing with Steamworks, their games are perfect for taking advantage of what it offers. :)

Might be better to get it from a high-street store if there is not a good discount on it. I picked up the Complete Edition for about £4 around 2 years ago. Not a steam activation though.

That's the thing, my optical drive is disconnected so I need a downloadable version.
 
After getting the BL2 DLC I wasn't going to buy any more but I saw Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition for £3.75, can't complain at that :)
