Steam Summer Sale

Same. I get the feeling that part of it is because Ubisoft, EA etc all have their own delivery systems now so they're probably less willing to give Steam such large discounts on their entire libraries. A few years ago the discounts were definitely far greater and the selection was better too.

Oh well. Can't complain really, it's saving me money.

Yeah true, and if it's not over 66% off I just think "well I do have like 60 games to play".

Yay! Rayman! Been waiting for that to drop below a fiver anywhere for aaaaaaages! :D

Tempted by Monaco, too, but if I spend much more the wife will seriously ******** kill me. Like, smothered in my sleep for real.

I've had a steam account for yonks just for halflife 2

first time i have purchased any games with steam and i'm ever so slightly addicted to buying games i'll probably never play:D

ok thanks Craig -its cheap but not worth it if I won't play or try to play and find it frustrating

To be fair it wasn't the worst game in the world. The combat was fine and the game wasn't bad to look at. It even had some decent humour...at times.

But it had a lot of flaws and from what I've heard, its a poor sequal to the previous Fable games.

I thought that since Skyrim was a daily deal that Morrowind and Oblivion would also both get decent discounts due to them being part of the same series, such as when Fallout New Vegas was a daily deal and Fallout 3 was also reduced by the same amount.

The last couple of sales have been...odd for lack of a better term. I remember there being a lot more collections and franchise sales in the past that I haven't seen in recent sales.
