I've had a steam account for yonks just for halflife 2

first time i have purchased any games with steam and i'm ever so slightly addicted to buying games i'll probably never play

To be fair it wasn't the worst game in the world. The combat was fine and the game wasn't bad to look at. It even had some decent humour...at times.

But it had a lot of flaws and from what I've heard, its a poor sequal to the previous Fable games.

yea i agree but they have made there money and it was up for £24 before sale so a saving of £6 and cheaper in game !! game is normally the most expensive ! and it has a box and map i guess but meh

Eventually? Yes. This sale? Highly doubtful.

I'm really unsure about Metro Last Light. I would like to play it, but I dont want to pay that much for it. Think it would come down more by the winter sale?

Look out for it in the Member's Market. I've seen a few go for about a tenner.

I thought that since Skyrim was a daily deal that Morrowind and Oblivion would also both get decent discounts due to them being part of the same series, such as when Fallout New Vegas was a daily deal and Fallout 3 was also reduced by the same amount.

The last couple of sales have been...odd for lack of a better term. I remember there being a lot more collections and franchise sales in the past that I haven't seen in recent sales.
