Hi guys.

How long does the steam support team typically take to reply to queries?

I sent a query in 48 hours ago and nothing back yet

Kinda and kinda not. The first reply was a "thanks for your message". Second was a copy and paste and to upload dxdetails and to reply to the message if I still have the problem. That last one is again just a automated one to say they have got my message.

I should point out. My problem was with OSX. So I can't upload any dxdetails lol. So I haven't actually got a real response.

EDIT: So it's 11 days since mailing them and I still can't get Steam to load up on my Macbook. I want to play Poker Night 2 in bed damnit!

Ah, just got a reply now. Shame they have asked me for the info that I gave them in my first message to them. Oh well resent that info and now wait 3 days again.
