Steam Wishlist Competition

Antar Bolaeisk · 3 Dec 2011 at 12:41

No, I'm not giving away wishlisted games to lucky people but Steam are. All you need to do is have at least 10 games in your wishlist and then visit the page of whatever game is on sale that day.

Magicka @ £1.99 (€2.49) with 75% off

4-Pack, DLC and complete packs are also all reduced.

Antar Bolaeisk · 3 Dec 2011 at 12:50

Nope

But then the are millions of people using Steam and they're only picking 100 out of all the entries so even if only half of all Steam users were to enter this we'd still be looking at 4 million+ entries (Note: this is a complete guess).

Not a hugely impressive sale.

It's not really a sale, it's the normal daily deal but you get entered into a draw to win your wishlisted games if you visit the relevant page each day which is the only reason I'm actually posting this. I think they may be running it for the entirety of December.

Looks like a franchise sale, TFU Ultimate Sith Edition is also 75% off (£3.37).
Seen these games on sale before but never picked it up so will be going for it.
Seem to remember the original game was notorious for having a ridiculous install size, 25GB or summat?

They were also notorious for being pretty poor as well I think.

I can't find 10 games to put on my wishlist

Just pad it out with fillers. Are you really going to complain if you win 5 games you want and 5 games worth of padding?

If you do win and complain I will hit you with a very large stick. It may hurt.
