Right, I only use it for css but Ive encoutered a problem, it wont load. So Im gonna try and reinstall.

But the problem is I ordered it from Japan, so when I the try and install its all in Japanese. So could someone please provide screenshots of each step of the installation, or does anyone else have a better idea?

How did you order Steam from Japan?

Just download Steam from www.steampowered.com and install it from there. Then just log in.

Is it CSS that wont load? Or Steam itself?

Try reinstalling Steam over the top of itself using the downloaded client installed from steampowered.com

If that doesn't work, you can try uninstalling Steam then re-installing afresh, making sure you keep backup of the contents of the SteamApps folder.

I tried installing it over the top of itself, but that didn't work.

Now Im trying to uninstall steam, but it says its in use.

Also I must add ever since Steam has begun to play up, the end program thing pops up and says "Hidden Program is still running..." when Im trying to shut down my comp.

Ok. It was running in the background, so I closed it.

I have had this problem with steam before, it somehow fixed itself without a re-install.

It was with me for a few days though during which time I couldnt use any steam related app.
