Steam seem to be taking an unusually long time to take there money from my bank, bought about £60 worth of things Monday and my account read:

'£109.98 Balance'
'£47.65 Available'

And now, today it reads:

'£89.12 Balance'
'£89.12 Available'

Why do steam mess about? The money hasnt even gone out, i spent £20 in tesco thats where thats gone...

Surely the available balance would be around £27 if the transaction was still processing??

Had any money go in at all?

Nope, it did with Funcom and AOC when it first came out, money was pending, it went BACK into my account, i didnt know, withdrew it, then FC took it next working day, bank charged me £28 for the pleasure

Best thing to do would probably be to try and open a support ticket through the Steam website. Just drop them a webnote with your order number and ask why the funds haven't been processed or something. Saying that, they might not be able to give you that information via a webnote.

As they're an American company i'd give it till Monday, the funds might be processing over the weekend only to leave the account on Monday.

Order number? was about 4 different orders!

GTR Package, CSS+DOD Source, Company of Heroes Gold, Rome Total War Package.... 4 orders, all paid seperatly, all of them installed
