steel series apex 7 keyboard problem after update

hey guys i had a update for the steel series software earlier and afterwards i noticed my lcd screen on the keyboard had stopped displaying the system monitor info, eg temps and usage.

i went into the software and the apps section and i see no sign of the system monitor app i was using on it before, it is like it has been removed but no mention of it and i tried a factory reset of my keyboard but no luck.

any one else having the same issue or just me?
 
Had a look on line about this and it has happened to a few people, they also had no luck with resetting the keyboard.

I wonder if you contact Steel Series they would release another update to fix the issue.

new problem now, its not detecting my 7800x3d but detecting my ram and gpu, have they fixed it yet? all it says on my cpu bit is cpu: unknown and NaN ghz wtf......

just got the latest cpu z and that detects it properly no idea wtf is going on since i have keyboard updates disabled.
