Hopefully getting this tomorrow, I'm currently using the Razer Characias that appears to be on its way out. Has anyone got a pair of these and how do you rate them?

The only problem that's keeping me from sleeping now is the thought its not coming tomorrow.

I have checked the product and it says currently out of stock and I cant remember if it was in stock when I bought it this morning I was tired, anyone got any idea?

I have them paired with an Astro Mixamp for use on my Xbox 360 and can't fault them, they're awesome.

Only thing i don't like is they can get quite uncomfortable after a long gaming session.

I went from a pair of Razer Characias to the SIberia's and tbh for comfort the razer is far superior. They are so light and soft you dont even know they are on your head. The Siberia has slightly better audio quality and the much better mic. Also depening on preference the siberia's cancel out a lot more background noise than the Razer.

I have an original siberia headset and they are pretty good. They lack a bit of bass impact but make up for it in the mid's imo. For games they are great.

The Siberia v2s, where to start?

Good headset. It has good sound quality and the microphone is good (well thats what others tell me). Many people say it is very comfortable, but for me, they are not fully comfortable. After long periods, I feel a bit of pain in my ears. nothing major at all, but still

I have one problem, it breaks SO easily! In under a year, I had 2 mics go bust. First one I RMA-ed, and the second one I still have to send. I pressured them for some sort of compensation, as it happened twice in less than a year. They said they will be sending me a mouse mat as compensation. Even though I have a boogie bug, and will not change, I think that at least they noticed that I am kind of in the right here, and owned up. Will send it over soon.

Verdict: Very good headset, until it breaks.

I have not used many headsets apart from cheap ones, so comparison is not too good.
