I am wondering if anyone on here knows somewhere were I can get a new or repair the USB charging port on these headsets thanks.

I just searched 'micro usb port repair' and a couple of places came up. Looks to be around £50.

I have a friend who had SS arctis 7 USB port repaired. It worked for a while but ultimately broke again.

It is a bad design that ultimately leads to it's failure. One thing that did extend it's lifespan was one of the those magnetic charger connections so you don't have to keep plugging and unplugging it.

I actually phoned Adam to see if he could repair it for me but said he was mad busy as ive seen the videos you mention.....usually watch the two of them most Saturdays aswell.
As for me ive never soldered anything at all lol.
