Steering problem?

Hey peeps. I've just had the left spring and front right wishbone/bushes replaced on my Focus 1.6 LX (2006).

Now, the alignment needs doing as my steering is out by 5-10 degrees, but the problem is when I full lock right, it seems that the wheels stick there and don't return to the centre unless done by me.

Full lock left doesn't seem affected.

What could be the cause?

Would an alignment fix it, or should I go back to the mechanic before to see what the symptom can be?

Problem is finding time currently.

All help is appreciated.

Cheers.

Get alignment first, if something is fubar it should be easily seen on the ramp anyway.
FWIW I had the same crazy self-steering when I bent a hub and had 3deg toe out on one corner.

Who did the work, if it was a garage take it back and get them to do the alignment,
Getting the alignment done will fix your problems, dont drive it till its done.
